The healthcare system is broken. So are people working in healthcare. Doing administration that doesn’t help the patients. Not getting the information they need. Not having the time to be caring. But what really breaks them is that they cannot fulfill their mission: to help people.

Curoflow platform, the B2B software as a service was founded in late 2020. Last year, we had our first full year in commercial phase and what a year then!

Role responsibilities
In the role of Growth Manager, you are responsible for driving Curoflow’s digital marketing. You report to the CEO and work both strategically and operationally, to promote sales growth. Through cooperation with all departments in the company, you successfully communicate what we offer to the healthcare industry. Yourdaily work includes a wide variety of marketing incentives, with reporting and optimization, to maximize long-term business results.
A selection of your responsibilities
- Managing our website and SEO
- Content and inbound marketing
- Performance marketing (SEM / SoMe)
- Outbound marketing (E-mail etc.)
- Be responsible for our social media channels
- Suggesting and implementing changes for Curoflow’s brand positioning
- Develop the cooperation between marketing and sales
- Analyzing, reporting, and optimizing marketing data
Role requirements
- Have at least 3 years of broad experience in digital marketing, preferably within SaaS and B2B
- Used to work both strategically and operationally with a variety of projects
- Experience in managing a website and optimizing SEO
- Have the ability to design content – understand, create, manage and develop graphic content for digital channels
- Have the ability to write engaging social media post, emails, ads, website articles etc.
- Knowledge in the use of digital tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop etc.), Canva, Google Ads & Analytics, E-mail marketing tools, CRM systems
- Experience and curiosity for AI in image, video and text generation
- Strong business drive to generate and improve results
- Social skills to build cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Relevant education
- Professional in English and Swedish

Location: Stockholm, Scheelegatan
Work from home policy: 1 day/week (we really enjoy being at the office)
