Sana’s GTM team is responsible for bringing the Sana products to the market. This includes identifying the strategic needs of the world’s largest and most important organizations, understanding how Sana can solve their challenges, identifying emerging needs and trends in the markets and playing these back to product, and shaping the future structure of Sana’s sales and GTM motion. The scope of the GTM team spans across products and geographies, mainly focusing on strategic sales, and includes the creation and selection of blueprints, tooling, ways of working, and much more. By expanding our team, we significantly influence how many humans engage with Sana’s solutions, catalyzing growth and innovation across industries worldwide.

Preferably you…

  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, with the mindset of a founder and the readiness to build our go-to-market team
  • Are impact-driven, motivated to make a difference and continuously push the limits of what’s possible
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in B2B go-to-market or sales, management consulting or have a stellar academic track record
