Your mission
In this role, you develop sourcing plans with stakeholders aligned with Category and our company targets. You’re an important node for the Global Category Manager teams in establishing and managing relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. In addition, you lead, prepare, propose, and participate in sourcing projects which includes supplier selection and creation of contracts. You will be responsible for selected suppliers, supplier development and governance.

You report to our Head of Category Management and work closely with Global Category Manager and cross-functional teams. In our Team we have responsibility for Category Management and Strategic Sourcing for both Business Area (SMS) and Coromant Division regarding IT and Indirect Services. This requires concrete communication and cooperation with global functions in our business as well as production units.

Even though most of our stakeholders are located in Sweden, working from a flexible location outside of Sweden is possible. International travel is also included in the job, as well as domestic travel depending on where you’re based.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience working in a similar role. You’re a proven, skillful negotiator with knowledge of how to navigate and adapt to changes. Preferably, you have experience in sourcing IT and indirect services with an interest in driving change. As we act on the global scene, you master the English language, both verbally and in written form. It’s also beneficial to this position if you’re proficient in Swedish or any other language.

Your personality is of utmost importance to us – you’re an outgoing person with an analytical and strategic approach. Trustful relationships are something of value to you, and through communication, you build and strengthen internal and external connections. Complementing this is your drive for results and your willingness to adapt in an ever-changing setting.
