We are looking for a Global Sales Coordinator!

As one of our Global Sales Coordinators, you’re the behind-the-scenes maestro for our diverse sales channels. You and your team are the go-to crew for our in-house folks seeking guidance in the order flow. Your mission? Prepare, book, and orchestrate shipments from the factory, our warehouse, and ensure we keep our delivery promises. We’re talking about being the superhero behind the scenes, making sure everything arrives on time, in the right quantities, and at the right price. You’ll be part of the dream team, supporting our global sales crew, making sure we’re nailing deadlines, quantities, and prices. But wait, there’s more! Beyond the nitty-gritty operational tasks, you’ve got the knack for envisioning the big picture and figuring out how to scale operations—Embracing change, that’s your thing!

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Key contact for all daily operational questions with selected sales channels
• Release orders to packing with correct information & PO’s
• Preparation, handling, and verification of inbound and outbound shipping documents
• Book and organize shipments
• Secure that orders are packed and shipped according to contract instructions. This is done in cooperation with the logistics department
• Support Account managers to deliver profitable growth in line with company objectives
• Manage invoices
• Superuser for our ERP-system, Business Central and taking part in linked development projects

We’re seeking a key player for our sales team, ideally with experience in sales or logistics coordination, especially within B2B. You are a proactive problem-solver, constantly seeking innovative approaches and unafraid to drive meaningful change. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and positive attitude are crucial in positively influencing our work methods. You’ll thrive in building cross-department relationships, solving challenges collaboratively, and taking the lead on projects.

Requirements

• Experience from working in Business Central ERP system or similar
• You are comfortable with working in Excel, handling vlookup, pivot tables and similar formulas
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
