Your role and responsibilities
Qmatic is on a transformation journey to become a SaaS leader in the Customer Journey Management world. As a Frontend Developer you will be part of the cloud development team developing Qmatic’s first product for a multi-tenancy SaaS architecture from concept to go-live for our clients. Our products and solutions are used all over the world in all parts of society. You will work in an international cross functional team and have close collaboration with our UX designers to realize an appealing and intuitive user experience for our clients. Supported by our design system, you will bring your technical skill set to play, using components for a consistent look and feel to our products. Together you will develop solutions that are not only technically feasible but also satisfying the user. You will also work with our Backend Developers to agree on API design and how to ensure we build the best performing software.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have experience from developing applications using Typescript and Vue. You keep yourself up to date with relevant technology trends, and share your knowledge to inspire your colleagues. You are structured, analytical and have the ability to communicate with a diverse group of colleagues in an international context. Like us, you like to have fun at work and enjoy teamwork. You enjoy working freely and autonomously to solve problems and take responsibility and ownership throughout the whole software development process.
Your skills and experience
To thrive in this role, we believe that you:
- have basic UX/Design competence and are used to working with UX Designers in an efficient way. You know how to realize their vision, yet challenge it to improve.
- have experience from working with accessibility requirements and the WCAG standard.
- are familiar with code versioning tools like Git and GitLab for continuous integration and deployment.
- are used to having a design system supporting you in your daily work as well as contributing to the same with new content.
- are familiar with REST APIs .
- have experience of writing object-oriented, clean, and maintainable code.
- enjoy working in an Agile development process applying Scrum or Kanban.
- communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.

The position is located at our HQ in Krokslätts Fabriker, Mölndal with the possibility to part time remote work three days per week. You will report to VP Engineering Oskar Dahlberg.
