About the job:

In this role you will provide B2B customer support within medical devices. You will work with order processing by handling orders received by phone, post, mail & EDI. You will also answer customers questions about orders, products, stock situation, deliveries, and invoices, both by mail and phone. Furthermore, you will work with monitoring the invoicing process and process returns from the customers. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00. The office is in Solna, and you will have the possibility to work from home 2 days a week.

We are looking for you who:

• Speak and write Finnish
• Has good English in speech and writing
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service Environment
• Will enjoy a multicultural and quality driven work environment
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
