Our client specializes in white-label solutions for gateways and wallets, focusing on Asia processing in countries like India, Singapore, the Philippines, and Bangladesh. They operate in high-risk industries such as Gambling and Forex, providing secure and efficient payment solutions. For the past 6 years, they have maintained stability and growth, with a dedicated team of 16-17 professionals, primarily based in Latvia. They focus on solving problems rather than pointing out mistakes, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their clients receive exceptional service and support.

Position: Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly and weekly reports for all clients and partners, covering wallets, methods, and regions, with different rates for various solutions.
• Cascade Understanding: Understand how cascading works and how to calculate rates.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in all financial activities and reports.
• Daily Operations: Participate in merchant chats, handle daily payouts, and ensure clients withdraw their funds.
• Partner Communication: Engage in daily communication with partners and monitor exchange rates.
• Settlements and Reconciliation: Manage settlements and work on reconciliation tasks, addressing discrepancies with the support team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role, handling large volumes of digital information.
• Industry Background: 2+ years in the payment industry.
• Skills: Proficient in Russian with basic English skills.
• Personality: Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing financial operations effectively.

Location:

• Remote work, with the finance team primarily based in Latvia.
