About the position

As a Finance & Office Support Coordinator, you will be a part of our amazing Finance & Administration Department and report directly to our Finance Director. You will play a vital role in our team and at our office as you will be responsible for account payable & receivable, handle administration from our People & Culture Department, as well as ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. This diverse position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. We believe that you love what you do and that you get it done!

In your daily work

In your daily work, you will spend most of your time taking care the supplier invoices and payments, ensuring every transaction is accurate and processed in a timely manner. Throughout the day, you will keep the office running smoothly and support the People & Culture Department in various administrative tasks when needed.

This position is based in our Mölndal office, together with another 100 awesome colleagues (and other 35 around the globe). We believe that for being successful in this position, you enjoy working the majority of your time from the office.


Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Send customer invoices and match payments.

Office Administration:

  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders as needed.
  • Be the contact person for our travel agency.
  • Liaise with cleaning company to ensure the office premises are well-maintained and clean.
  • Handling mail – both incoming and outgoing.
  • Administrate contracts (scan and structure).
  • Arrange company activities such as fika.

HR Administrative Support:

  • Support HR team with various administrative tasks and provide input to Statistic Sweden report.

We are looking for you who have:

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in administrative or finance roles, or similar.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You navigate easily in new systems and enjoy the mix of interaction with people and administrative tasks.
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluent in English.

It would be beneficial if you have:

  • Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Fluent in Swedish.
  • Experience with Oracle & SAP.
