About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our Aortic Vascular Medical Devices Team in the Nordics with specific responsibility for Southern Sweden to drive the sales of Gore’s high quality, innovative Aortic Interventional and Aortic Vascular medical device products portfolio.

This is a remote position, and you can work from your home office in most locations within Southern Sweden .*

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the current business within the territory, develop business opportunities and maximize profitable sales by building on well-established relationships and acquiring new customers.
  • Analyse and understand the market to successfully plan objectives, strategies, and actions according to the business unit guidelines.
  • Deal with a range of contact points within public hospital administrations and their purchasing departments.
  • Proactively build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, as well as attend interventional procedures, provide clinical product training, conduct product presentations, partner with educational centres of excellence and be accountable for your own investment budgets.
  • Attend international and regional congresses and implement local sales promotion activities.
  • Work both in the operating room, cath lab, and Vascular Department, as well as engaging with external business stakeholders.
  • Be an active member of a great and very experienced team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Passionate about medical device sales
  • Ideally degree educated, or experience as a radiographer, Operating Room nurse or within a vascular specialism
  • Experience in the MedTech Industry, or professional work experience in a comparable medical sales position – we are open to both early career and experienced applicants
  • Strong communication and commercial skills including the ability to negotiate and influence
  • Able to become a specialist and a consultative partner for our customers
  • Proactive and self-motivated and an excellent relationship builder
  • Natural team-playing qualities
  • Ability to proactively plan, deliver and follow up with customers, with proven skills enabling you to prioritise and drive the business to success
  • Ability to undertake travel across Sweden / mainly Southern Sweden (travel time: 70%) – to help out if needed in the other Nordic countries, and willing to travel internationally to sales meetings, conferences, and trainings.
  • This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from a home office and it will be beneficial to live close to a bigger airport.
