Field Application Specialist, Nordics
Location: Sweden remote/home-office
Join the Clinical Diagnostics Division (CDD) and support pur growing business in the Nordics; supporting our customers in the field and helping them make the world healthier!
What will you do?
As a Field Application Specialist you will work with your team to support customers in the field.
Responsibilites:

Work independently as part of a Field customer care organization team to support the CDD equipment

Perform analytical based application Qualification installation, training, support both field and expert centers, support hotline functions and preform troubleshooting techniques for customers and colleagues.

Work closely with Sales and Business development teams to perform on-site training, demonstrations, running up of assays, supporting exhibitions and sales visits as and when required, including the supporting of a go live customer implementation.

Duties to include a cross training program to support hardware installations telephone and on-site diagnostics ,Co-ordinating Hotline duties, LIS/LIMS interfacing and remote diagnostics support.

Must be client-focused and customer centric, working in conjunction with Sales and Service teams in relation to corporate goals and objectives

Accurately document field support activities, including qualification and service reports, expense report and timely submit through the required systems.

Manage internal and external projects, process improvements projects etc.
How will you get here?
The ideal candidate will have the following mix of skills and experience:
-
A university degree in molecular biochemistry or other similar related life sciences field is required.

Experience of analytical instrumentation, Chemistry, liquid chromatography instrumentation, software and applications are essential, with experience in pre – and post – sales customer support, data analysis and implementation desirable.

Excellent troubleshooting abilities, with experience in field work, and knowledge of analytical measurement equipment in an IVD or regulated environment would be advantageous.

Proven ability and mindset to quickly diagnose and resolve technical analytical problems in a challenging environment

Proven ability to work remotely/independently, demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize workload in an effective manner. English and Swedish is essential, other Nordic languages would be an advantage.

Must be willing and able to travel extensively (est. 50% – 80%) as required, including international travel, sometimes at short notice.

Clean drivers License.
