We are now looking to hire an Employer Branding Partner, for a temporary position of 11 months, to enhance Etraveli Group’s attractiveness as an employer, develop and maintain the employer brand, ensure that Etraveli Group addresses relevant themes for both current employees and the job market, and consistently attract and retain the right talent.

As a member of the COE Talent, Culture & Engagement, the position holder will ensure consistency in our messages and approaches across all locations by working closely with country HR organizations. They will assist in local efforts and design global campaigns and events to be executed locally.

As an Employer Branding Partner, you will serve as the primary ambassador of our Employee Value Proposition and company values. You will continuously explore new methods to activate them internally and externally, enhance candidate and employee experiences, and contribute ideas for initiatives that increase employee advocacy.

About the role 

  • Lead and execute our global employer brand strategy aligned with Etraveli Group corporate objectives.
  • Create impactful content (videos, creative visuals etc), sometimes in close collaboration with our in-house designers and sometimes on your own, leveraging various digital design tools, to promote the company’s Employee Value Proposition and engage different groups
  • Leverage various platforms, including but are not limited to Linkedin, careers websites, and industry and/or career events, to promote our employer brand effectively. 
  • Planning and managing employer branding activities, sometimes being the project manager, sometimes led by other team members.
  • Manage and engage a variety of key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across HR functions, countries, and business areas.
  • Work with a broad variety of channels internally, online and offline.
  • Be part of projects in which act as a subject matter expert and provide analysis and advice in solutions.
  • Keep track of our presence and metrics on platforms such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn and report to local stakeholders
  • Contribute to developing the Center of Excellence (COE) for Talent, Culture, and Engagement.
  • Requirements

    We believe that you are an experienced Employer Branding professional, with previous experience in a similar role. You have worked with both setting employer branding strategies as well as with the execution. You are used to stakeholder management, and you are a team-oriented collaborator.

    What you need to succeed:

  • Strong background in Employer Branding.
  • Experience in successfully implementing Employer Branding initiatives in a global and/or complex organization.
  • A high degree of curiosity to understand and translate business needs into actions from an Employer Branding perspective.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition needs and processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
  • Resilient, capable of managing changing priorities and pivoting strategy based on company needs and market dynamics.
  • Attention to detail and strong project management skills that contribute to the overall excellence of Employer Branding.
  • Additional Information

    This is a 11 months maternity cover position based at our Office in Stockholm or Uppsala, starting as soon as possible. Apply by sending in your CV in English as soon as possible, but no later than the 19th April. Please note that interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
