What you will be doing:

Support of customers’ requests in Swedish by multiple communication channels (phone, chat or email)

Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e. Answering a question like: “I am having trouble configuring my POS Device”)

Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information (i.e.: Answering inbound calls. Must be capable of handling difficult situations with escalating customers. Must expect seasonality (with higher volumes during holidays) Great attention to details, being able to focus and follow up with each customer as an individual. Answer questions like: “Why am I not able to process a payment?” What are the differences between these devices before ordering?”

Requirements:

Fluency in Swedish (must be C1+)

Communicative proficiency of English language (B2+)

You live anywhere in Athens, Greece or you are ready to relocate there

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

You are looking for adventure in fast growing, international company

What we offer:

Possible starting dates: 18.04.2023

Competitive monthly salary: 1300€ gross

• 2 additional salaries per year (as per Greek law)
• up to 10% of the base salary as monthly performance bonus

(In total approx. 1520-1670€ per month with the 2 additional salaries)

Full time (40h/week), 3-month fixed-term Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law (after the 12 month expiration of the initial contract we will move forward to a permanent contract)

Holidays (weekends) are paid higher (according to the Greek law)

All necessary work equipment (telephone, computer etc.) is provided by the employer

Public + private health insurance coverage

We do NOT require previous experience

Excellent relocation package:

Flight ticket (booked and paid by the company)

Taxi will wait for you at the airport

2 weeks free hotel by arrival

Assistance with finding apartment (we pay the real estate agency for you)- our relocation team will take care of it
