Dema is seeking an e-commerce growth lead, a key player in enhancing our sales process and customer success in the e-commerce sector. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok and the ability to support a comprehensive marketing mix modeling strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the e-commerce expert during sales meetings, providing deep insights and support to the sales team to enhance customer engagement.
  • Deliver outstanding customer success across all channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring a seamless and effective customer experience.
  • Support the development and implementation of a marketing mix modeling strategy that complements our overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and to leverage synergies across the company.
  • Provide recommendations for optimization and strategic adjustments based on analytics and performance metrics.
  • Stay on top of what’s the latest within the e-commerce marketing sector and leverage knowledge across the company.

Qualifications and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles, with a proven ability to support sales teams and manage customer success initiatives.
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing platforms and marketing mix modeling strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting and support high-level sales meetings.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
