The Challenge

Our digital marketing team is growing. We are looking for an ambitious new colleague who loves digital marketing. The position is independent of location and can be fully remote, or you can also choose to work from our office in Gothenburg, Sweden.

In your role as a project manager, you contribute to the growth of leading tech companies through digital marketing. The project manager role identifies and presents solutions to the client’s marketing challenges, and project manages the delivery, whether it’s our paid media specialists to set up an advertising campaign, our creatives producing engaging content, or for you to host a marketing strategy workshop with the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Strategy: Develop detailed project plans that align with client objectives and deliver maximum impact. Collaborate with other project managers and specialist colleagues to establish project scope, goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively and ensure team members are fully engaged and performing to their highest potential through liaison with the appropriate Team Leaders.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication with clients regarding project progress, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables and ensure they meet or exceed client expectations. Implement quality control processes and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints. Monitor and report on project financial performance to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to support project success and client satisfaction.


Specific Duties:

  • Develop comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure team alignment.
  • Use project management software and tools to track project performance and milestones.
  • Work closely with all relevant teams to ensure project objectives are met through high-quality creative outputs.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional development.


Requirements:

  • 3 years experience working with digital marketing as a project manager, or similar.
  • Experience from analyzing data from digital campaigns/advertising.
  • Previously worked in an agency in a role where you had a lot of customer contact.
  • Have an understanding of digital marketing & Growth marketing.
  • Be used to working towards deadlines.
  • Be comfortable in a project-based environment.
  • Be comfortable with speaking English with clients and colleagues.
  • You are a structured person and love to solve our customer’s problems.
  • You enjoy working both individually and together with the team.


Required Experience:

  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Fluent in English and preferably Swedish (but this is not essential).
