We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (fixed term – 1-year, maternity cover) to join our talented Marketing team in Stockholm, Sweden.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of digital campaigns in local market across various channels including PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, landing pages, and marketing collateral tailored to our target audience.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads, segment audiences, and personalize messaging for maximum engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Monitor and manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are cost-efficient and aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting campaign performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Native level in Swedish (spoken and written), fluent in English.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably within the B2B fintech industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Creativity, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
