About the role
We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Digital Delivery Leader for a customer in Helsingborg. As a Digital Delivery Leader, you will ensure the successful delivery of digital development projects from start to finish. Leading a team of approximately four people, your responsibilities will include release management, test management, and change management using agile methodologies. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to define plans, goals, and timelines that align with the program´s objectives.

In your role as a Digital Delivery Leader your main tasks will involve:

• Leading and managing a team to ensure successful project delivery
• Creating a collaborative and high-performing work environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement
• Acting as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues
• Overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards and requirements
• Driving continuous improvement within the team, enhancing processes, tools, and methods for better efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation on project deliveries, risks, and plans, and using JIRA to generate regular status reports and key metrics for stakeholders

This is a consulting assignment with a duration from June 4th 2024 to June 30th 2025. The position is located in Helsingborg, with the possibility of remote work.

About you
To fit for this assignment, we believe you have excellent leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and meet deadlines. Your solid analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a strong attention to detail, enable you to identify and manage risks and issues successfully.

Important for the role:

• At least 5 years of experience managing digital development in fast-paced environments
• Strong grasp of digital technologies and agile methodologies for both built and bought solutions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Excellent management skills, including task prioritization, resource management, and deadline adherence
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and risk management
• Expert knowledge of digital product development/management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, OnePlan)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
