About the role:
You will be part of a team of passionate data scientists and developers that develop and maintain scalable AI services. Today the team support many internal teams with our products, the most popular being our anomaly detection platform that gives insights on anomalies in our firewalls, APIs, app traffic, swish flows and more. Your responsibility will be development, maintenance, and security of our products, and to explore the future of AI products together with the team.
The team is at the forefront of development and we expect you to thrive in ambiguity; although the team has a very practical approach, complex and fuzzy requirements are more common than clearly defined customer expectations. We believe in development based on incremental steps toward solving complex problems since test-and-learn approaches work better than heads-down development.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive to find the best solutions for a given problem
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, or other relevant programming languages
- Familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g. Pytorch, Tensorflow) and deep learning techniques.
- Experience working with NLP (e.g., seq2seq, sentence similarity, natural language inference)
- Strong statistical and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into insights for consumers
- Interest in the full stack and eager to learn how software engineering and data science meet to deliver AI products
