Work at the heart of the Industry 5.0 transformation – the integration of artificial intelligence, robotics and the human factors of manufacturing! We are looking for a highly motivated Data Scientist who loves exploring data and based on new insights help build our next generation SaaS products.

Our systems empower industry users to control their assembly processes and create world class products. The solutions we develop are used to improve efficiency, quality, safety, speed, usability, ergonomics, and environmental performance.

Your role
Your focus is on research and technology activities in the early phase. This offers a lot of freedom for you when it comes to data exploration and give you a large possibility to impact the services our system offers. When you have finished reading this advert, approximately 22.000.000 new datapoints have been inserted into the research environment accessible for you. In this role, you’ll enjoy the freedom to work independently and with confidence, while also having the opportunity to learn and master the relevant domain knowledge.

Mission

• Find business cases and customer value using machine learning, statistics and/or other methods
• Present and visualize insights to stakeholders using story telling
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, hardware engineers, product owners and product managers to implement scalable solutions
• Track, evaluate and evolve models and services

Our environment: Microsoft Azure platform – Databricks and PySpark, Power BI, GIT etc.

You report to Team Manager Data Driven Services R&D Jörgen Maass.

City: Sickla (Nacka, Stockholm). We have a hybrid workplace model (60/40), combining the best of remote work and in-person collaboration.

You will need

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/mathematics or related technical discipline
• Knowledge in machine learning and statistics
• Programming skills in Phyton
• Experience in SQL and cloud computing
• Communication skills
• Fluency in English
