Are you a passionate and well experienced Data Engineer with great organizational and communication skills?

We, at Dustin, are now looking for a Data Engineer who has a strong passion to develop their career in the field, make an impact and are curious to experience how it is working with a leading online based IT partner.

The role

You will be part of the central platform team to build best practice, sharing knowledge as well as delivering main components to the agile value streams teams. The responsibility of the team consists of creating the common building blocks that enables other teams to move faster, this could be related to data ingestion, data pipelines, data integrations, CI/CD pipelines and provide best practice.

The central team will also host demos across agile teams. Moreover, the team will also do exploratory work and make proof of concepts together with the agile team or together with different parts of business to explore new emerging techs or ways of working. Our stack is focused on Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory and Databricks. Python and SQL are the main languages.

We are a tight team that emphasizes testing new things and learning from each other. Being a part of this team; you get the right environment to adopt and continue the self-driven independent approach to test and succeed with a constant access to guidance as and when required. What you have

  • 4+ years of experience from a similar role.
  • You know SQL and Python, have experience with Spark, ETL, DevOps practices and CI/CD when it comes to data.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience of cloud data platforms such as Azure Data Lake, Google BigQuery, Snowflake or similar
  • Problem solving mindset.
  • Good presentation, organisational and communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Passion for People & Technology
