In this role, you´ll have the opportunity to manage your own customer portfolio, ensuring their needs are met and providing top-tier service.nnAs a Customer Support, you´ll be at the forefront of our order management team, overseeing your dedicated customer portfolio. Your primary mission is to ensure that our company consistently delivers a world-class customer experience, exceeding customer expectations and contributing significantly to our overall success.nnKey Responsibilities:n• Provide comprehensive internal and external customer support, including technical assistance, order guidance, and payment-related help.n• Take complete ownership of customer cases to enhance satisfaction, collaborating effectively with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and external teams to resolve issues promptly.n• Coordinate issue resolution with our After-Sales Service and Spare Parts teams.nnKey Qualificationsn• You are driven, service-oriented, and exceptionally organized.n• You thrive in a team-oriented environment, possess excellent communication skills, and genuinely enjoy collaborating with people.n• You have a keen interest in both the technical and commercial aspects of businessn• Your academic background includes engineering or relevant work experience within this domain.n• Fluent in English, both written and verbal (additional languages are a definite advantage).nnAbout the positionnThe assignment is a consultant position with employment at Adecco.
