About the job:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for a rapidly expanding business that operates a web-based platform handling invoice service, debt collection, and factoring. This platform encompasses backend services as well as three web-UIs and utilizes cutting-edge technologies including Google Cloud Platform. While the technical support has so far been managed by senior personnel and developers, you will have the unique opportunity to become the primary resource dedicated exclusively to support functions
What you will be doing:
- Work directly with a handful of customers. We support super users within our customer’s organisation.
- Solve customer’s issues through intervention via UIs or guidance using your product expertise.
- Communicate and prioritize bugs to developers.
- Communicate delivery of bug fixes to customers.
- Gather information from experts in the company to solve issues and contribute toward documenting this knowledge in internal and customer-facing documentation.
- Carry out the configuration of new and existing customer environments and ad hoc jobs related to supporting customer operations in cases where UIs are not yet available.
You will report directly to the VP of Engineering and work closely with the development and operations to solve customer issues. You are the first dedicated customer support person and we will invest heavily in your growth and development in our technology and business area to make you successful in this role. Who are you?
To be successful in the role of Customer Support you will need:
- Swedish: Primary fluency (ILR level 5) and English: Professional working proficiency (ILR level 3+)
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in finance and technology
Bonus if you have:
- A degree in Computer Science, software development, or similar.
- Ability to script (code) tasks
- Google Cloud Platform Experience
- Documentation experience
- Experience as a technical support professional
Experience in a finance professional, especially in invoice service, factoring, or debt collection in a technical role.
