We offer you:
As a CRM Content Creator, your primary responsibility will involve writing, producing, and developing various forms of content for our CRM channels. Your goal is to ensure that our content reaches the right audience, creates relevance and increases customer engagement and loyalty.

In this role, you will be producing and publishing customized content according to the specific channel, target audience, and Kappahl’ s brand identity. In addition to writing inspiring and sales-oriented content, your role will also involve conducting A/B tests to continuously refine and optimize our communication with customers.

This position is part of Kappahl’ s CRM team within our Sales department and reports to the CRM Manager. You will be part of a creative, inspiring, and ambitious team. This is an excellent opportunity for you who wish to contribute to the development and enhancement of Kappahl’ s customer experience.

Your profile:
We are looking for you, who is passionate about creating exceptional value for our customers. As a person, you are excellent with shapes, layout and design, coupled with the ability to write selling content.

You should have prior experience in similar roles, with a focus on generating effective and relevant content for CRM channels, including copy for emails, SMS, and push notifications. You thrive in meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

A relevant academic background, such as digital marketing, is desirable, and experience with CRM systems (especially if you’ve worked with Voyado), Google Analytics, and Adobe Suite is a plus.

You are a responsible, organized, and solution-oriented individual with a creative eye for details and a keen interest in fashion and trends.

You take initiative and manage your work efficiently, but you also thrive in a collaborative team environment. Your commercial mindset naturally drives you to prioritize customers, loyalty, and sales. You have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
