Cloetta’s Group Communications and Investor Relations is responsible for supporting Cloetta’s position as a leading confectionary company in Northern Europe by establishing, enabling and maintaining effective communication between Cloetta and its stakeholders. We drive impactful communications on the topics that matter most to our employees and our external stakeholders.

We are now looking for a Corporate Communications Manager with solid and proven experience in corporate communications, that will support the organisation in creating engaging and effective internal and external communications.

About The Job

What you will do

As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will work in a company with more than 2,600 colleagues. You will work closely with colleagues in our marketing, commercial and sustainability functions to produce and develop corporate communications content for Cloetta’s internal and external communications channels. The team also contributes to developing Cloetta’s employer brand. You will report to Laura Lindholm, Director IR & Communications.

You are based at Cloetta’s HQ in Sundbyberg, Sweden with many of your internal key stakeholders based in our offices in Malmö in Sweden, Turku in Finland and Breda in the Netherlands. We have a hybrid work environment where you also have the possibility to work remotely from home.

Your responsibility will be to…

• Deliver, and over time also develop, corporate communications content that supports Cloetta’s strategy implementation and operational targets
• Support your colleagues in creating engaging and effective communications content by collaborating cross-functionally to develop content that supports corporate strategy and business goal execution
• Project manage, coordinate and implement internal and external communications efforts
• Create and share multiple forms of content for relevant corporate communications and occasionally, also investor relations channels
• Ensure messaging and corporate brand alignment in all corporate functions and markets
• Project manage our Annual Report and act as the main editor of our intranet
• Have an active role in our communications community and bring new insights and perspectives to develop our corporate communications efforts and find opportunities to develop our communications content and channels
• Over time, we would also like you to create tools and trainings to support our leaders in their communication opportunities and challenges

About You

Who we hope you are

• A proactive and driven teammate who works effectively both independently and together with key internal and external stakeholders
• Language skills in preferably at least one of our core geographical markets in addition to high proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Our core markets are Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Germany, the UK and we also have a growing market share within international markets
• Demonstrated experience within at least two relevant competence areas; creating engaging and effective communications content, internal communications, media relations or journalism, corporate brand management, investor relations and/or change communications
• Experience from working in or close to a publicly listed company environment with a related high detail-orientation, high personal integrity and experience from working with share-price sensitive information
• An academic degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, communications, economics, marketing)
