In this role you will:

• Be overall responsible for the company’s contract management through the entire contract lifecycle.

• Be responsible for delegating activities and review needs in the contract management lifecycle to correct stakeholders in the organization.

• Be responsible to provide administrative and project management support and act as project manager in the contract management lifecycle.

• Be responsible to ensure contract structure and content, including terms and conditions, in Varnish’s customer agreements are complied with.

• Ensure that all contract documentation is up to date.

• Audit existing contracts and oversee contract modifications.

• Analyze a contract’s risk to the business.

• Coordinates with the finance department to ensure correct billing and collection of contractual revenues.

• Inform internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts.

• Contribute to the company’s global growth, expansion and profitability.

• Work hands-on with significant and complex matters and projects, often with short turnaround times.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Paralegal or other relevant education with a solid understanding of legal and business terminology.

• At least 3-5 years of experience working.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.

• Experience from contract management.

• Knowledgeable about applicable laws and regulations related to software is a plus.

• Organized, detail-oriented and agile, able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

• Commercial mindset.

• Preferably international experience .

• Preferably experience from the IT and/or software industry .
