Role overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Writer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling and insightful content that resonates with our target audience, supports our brand strategy, and drives engagement across multiple platforms. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a skilled communicator, and have a knack for both content creation and editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread content for a variety of channels including our website, blog, email campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce insightful case studies, white papers, and e-books that highlight Ingrid’s value proposition.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends to produce content that establishes Ingrid’s thought leadership.
• Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and engagement.
• Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to improve content strategy and execution.
• Generate innovative ideas and translate them into effective content.
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and style across all content outputs to strengthen Ingrid’s brand.
• Assist other teams in writing, proofreading, and improving existing content (slide decks, documentation, onboarding materials).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English. Swedish is a plus.
• Proven experience (1+ years) in content writing or copywriting, preferably within the SaaS or e-commerce industry.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing diverse content (articles, blogs, social media posts, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, understandable content for a non-technical audience.
• Experience with content management systems and SEO tools.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and insights.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a startup or scale up environment preferred.
