Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior COBOL Developer to join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Develop and maintain COBOL applications, ensuring their functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with the development team to design, code, test, and implement COBOL programs.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for COBOL development.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing COBOL codebase, implementing fixes and enhancements as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for COBOL applications.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in COBOL programming language, with at least [insert number] years of experience.
• Experience in developing and maintaining COBOL applications in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of mainframe environments and associated technologies.
• Familiarity with database systems, such as DB2, SQL, or IMS.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 30 000,00kr – 60 000,00kr per month
