We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team of company builders and operators. Our portfolio companies focus on solving the biggest challenges facing humanity, and we are looking for a candidate who shares our passion for creating positive impact. As the CFO, you will play a key role in the team, reporting to our CEO and co-founder. You will have a mix of advanced financial responsibilities, including financial management, impact management reporting, investment activities, risk management, and regulatory compliance. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in our whole journey, supporting companies in our portfolio, and building Norrsken Launcher as a company.

Areas of responsibility, including but not limited to:

Financial management including financial operations, portfolio reporting, capital calls and distributions and financial modelling and impact analysis

Impact management reporting, working actively with the portfolio to ensure SFDR and EU Taxonomy compliance and adoption of sustainability standards and impact reporting practices

Investment activities, working closely with the team to evaluate potential investments

Provide financial and strategic leadership and best practice to our portfolio companies and act as a sounding board to financial leaders within the companies

Risk management and regulatory compliance

Manage payroll and financial administrative tasks related to Norrsken Launcher

Possess the highest degree of integrity

Are fluent in communication in English, speaking and writing

Have a degree from a top-tier university, Business, Finance and Economics degree preferred

Have 10+ years of experience of having worked in manager roles in either Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment banking and/or Corporate Finance and at least 3+ years experience from CFO role

Track record from having worked with startups and/or growth companies, experiencing all the dimensions and challenges of a fast growing company.
