Business Development manager, Karnov North

The Role
The Business Development Manager is responsible for creating sustainable revenue for Karnov North by identifying and pursuing business possibilities within new products, new markets, or changed business models. The position is situated in Stockholm, but the responsibilities encompass the Swedish and Danish market.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Identify and run business development projects in accordance with the applicable processes, and together with relevant team members and the local/Nordic organization.
  • Contribute to the idea generation process, and actively investigate business possibilities within the group, among customers and together with partners.
  • Perform screening of business possibilities in accordance with the team’s framework.
  • Build fruitful and long-term relations to the rest of Karnov North, Karnov South, customers and potential partners.
  • Drive the go to market process both in new projects and in the situation of acquired products, and always in close collaboration with the local/Nordic organization.
  • Give input to strategy creation and the business development roadmap together with the rest of the team.
  • Be fully knowledgeable about the tools and methods needed to be proficient in the role.
  • Actively and independently pursue partnerships

Qualifications

To fit this role, you should have an academic degree in law, economics, business, or other equivalent education. An understanding of the legal industry is preferable.

More about the position/application:

The position is full-time with an average weekly workload of 38.5 hours. Our newly renovated office is located in Stadshagen, Kungsholmen, offering excellent transportation connections. We are committed to creating the optimal hybrid workplace for the future. Therefore, we are currently implementing a model that combines fixed office days with optional remote workdays.
