About the role
As a Business Analyst at Business Services, you’ll be part of an inclusive team of professional and engaged colleagues, working with different types of changes in the most of SEBs product areas (savings, financing, trading, payments and so many more services that a customer can need both as a private individual and corporate). In our dynamic environment, you’ll have the opportunity to work with teams and colleagues in Stockholm, Riga and Vilnius as well as many other international sites and play a key role in supporting our transformation to one common user interface, Business Services goes Nexus. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will identify opportunities of changes, document requirement and test. You will develop business cases and perform impact analysis, thereby engaging a wide range of stakeholders, to pro-actively propose improved way of working, reduce operational risk and deliver value.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Previous experience in working with document business requirements for use for system changes.
  • Experience working within the banking industry.
  • Experience working with Agile system development frameworks.
  • Analytical skills and knowledge to handle complex information.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership.
  • Great communication skills and fluency in English.
