Job description AIDA Business Analyst:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic global team. You will help us build an end-to-end solution to automate the identification and adjudication of clinical events in outcome trials using machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI).

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product development and creating detailed business requirements. We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about product development and business analysis and has a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. You must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and methodically. Experience of agile working tools such as JIRA is needed. If you have GxP experience it is fantastic.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the User Stories eliciting, creation and documentation process including setting up and lead workshops as appropriate in a global team.
• Stakeholder management – building and improving relationships with key stakeholder.
• Create data flow & business processes.
• Support and provide input to the Functional risk assessments.
• Collaboration with the project team to align the BA deliverables with the rest of the project deliverables.
• Collaborate and support the Test team for their understanding of the User Stories and review test cases.
• Review/Create related business and IT supportive documents.

Requirements and Skills:

• 5+ years of product management and/or business analysis experience preferably in life science.
• Experience of building GxP compliant systems
• Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project.
• Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle process, including Agile development and Agile ceremonies.
• Experience in working with multiple teams, QA, development team, or stakeholders, such as clients.
• Confidence working with and interfacing with clients across different parts of the business.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of our organization.
