We’re now looking for a driven, independent and organized person to take on the role as Brand Partnerships & Project Manager as our current team member will go on maternity leave. This is a temporary position for one year.

About the team

You will be part of the Global Campaigns & Production team in the Marketing Department. You will be working closely and collaborating a lot with the Global Brand & Creative team, external partners as well as the Storytel Partnership team.

About the role

As Brand Partnerships & Project Manager you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a smooth collaboration between Storytel and our partners. You will play an important role when launching partnership titles in new markets and be the representative for Storytel in everyday business towards these partners. Among others you will work closely with the teams at Pottermore, Rovio (Angry Birds), Disney and IMPS (The Smurfs). Internally you’ll be the go-to person for local markets and global functions in all marketing-related questions around partnerships. You’ll be involved in everything from creating marketing plans to campaign production and approval processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate partnership launches across different markets
  • Be the main contact for IP partners such as Pottermore for all commercial matters
  • Be involved in discussions around new partnerships and titles internally and externally
  • Assist local markets and global functions in market plans, execution and promotion
  • Administrate approval processes and make sure deadlines are met
  • Work closely with the content acquisition team and audio production to have a 360 view on each launch
  • Ensure a solid KPI, follow-up up and evaluation process
  • Be the Storytel brand representative in partner discussions, making sure our brand is represented and visible.
  • Support local markets in maintaining contractual agreements and adhering to both external and internal brand guidelines
  • Support in globally initiated projects

Your profile

To succeed in this role we believe you are a great communicator who can easily make new connections and build long-term relationships built on trust and understanding. We also believe you are well organized, thorough, and are used to working independently and managing projects from start to finish.

We also believe that you have:

  • Experience from project management and understanding the value of relationship management
  • A proactive mindset and an eye for details
  • A good understanding of brand and marketing
  • Great presentation and communications kills
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
