What you will do

As a BIM Consultant at BIMobject, your main responsibility is to be the trusted advisor for our customers, prospects and BIMobjects colleagues from other departments.

In this role, you will assist Sales and Customer Success Teams with technical support relating to BIM. You are our main spokesperson when advising customers and prospects in BIM-related discussions and your goal is to become their trusted advisor and ensure that we deliver the high-quality BIM content that our end-users require.

You lead the way towards successful BIM developments by making sure that customers understand and agree to the requirements of a content development project and the different steps throughout the process.

As a BIM Consultant, you are the link between the customers and the development teams. You will also follow-up, look into and solve possible incoming complaints, technical errors or user support from customers.

Your responsibilities

• Provide BIM technical support and advice to customers and prospects
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams for issues and inquiries relating to content development
• BIM Content Production department’s spokesperson to customers
• Deeply understand of the Technical Sales processes and services provided
• Manage content development projects from start to end. This includes collecting the reference material and relevant documentation that development teams need to develop a project, support the customer throughout the process and make sure everything gets delivered on time with the highest quality.

Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge/expertise in Autodesk Revit
• Revit Family development experience preferred
• BIM industry knowledge
• ArchiCAD/GDL knowledge is a plus
• Professional English (verbal and written)
• Professional fluency in at least on of the following: German, French, Spanish, Italian or any of the Scandinavian languages
• Background in Architecture, Engineering and/or Construction
• Expertise in project management
• Experience with any project management software

This is a 1 year temporary full time position with the potential to become permanent. Take the opportunity to join the team from our offices in Madrid, Malmö, Munich or Milan. However, remote work from any of those countries may also be considered for the right candidate.
