Back Office Administrator within Derivatives to Swedish bank!

About the position

Perido is looking for a Back Office Administrator who will work with Derivatives at a large Nordic bank. The position is placed in their headquarters in Solna. You will have the ability to work remotely two days a week.

Your daily tasks

As a team member within the Derivatives Back Office-team you will be part of Investment Transactions, providing services to a variety of clients on the buy side. The Derivatives Back Office team’s daily tasks involve processing cleared and non-cleared trades, collateral administration, reconciliation, investigation, and analysis of market value discrepancies. You will have daily contact with a wide range of stakeholders in the value chain, including portfolio managers, traders, counterparties, and clearing brokers.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced Back Office Adminstrator within Derivatives, preferably from Buy side or Markets
  • Have at least 2 years practical experience from the field and Derivatives
  • Are a curious and analytical person who enjoy working in, and actively contribute to a positive and engaging work environment. Work independently while being a strong team-player and take personal responsibility for the team’s success
  • Fluent in English

Meritorious

  • Fluent in Swedish
  • Genuine interest in the financial market and financial instruments and possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office with focus on Excel
  • Experience from buy side, including SimCorp Dimension and Derivatives esp

Contract type and hours

Full-time consulting assignment until 2023-12-31. Start 2023-09-14.
