As an Assortment Manager, you are responsible for the assortment on a selected area and to secure that it´s commercial and in line with our overall strategies. You lead the team towards fantastic results with constant development of the offering based on data-driven insights. Your profile

You have experience in assortment building, a well-developed financial understanding and experience in optimizing profitability and sales. In addition, you have previous leadership experience. We see that you have a higher education in the relevant field (textile and/or economic) or equivalent. You are fluent in English.

You love fashion and have a heart for more sustainable customer offerings. With your entrepreneurial spirit and strong business drive, you transform facts about the customer into an attractive customer offer and have a great interest in trends and business intelligence. You are strategic and conceptual and see opportunities in everything you do. You thrive best in a developing environment where no day is the same! You are a natural and inclusive leader, for you it goes without saying that satisfied employees are a key to success. Further, you are used to have many contacts areas and good cooperation is self-evident for you.

The position is a permanent position located at our head office in Mölndal. Starting as soon as possible. Kappahl wants to be A Place To Belong therefore we work with a hybrid working environment, where the majority of the working time will be in the office. This means you can work remotely when it is more suitable for your work schedule.
