We offer you

We offer a position that has the overall system responsibility and acts as a System Application Owner for Dynamics 365 F&O. This includes the possibility to lead and coordinate the work between System Owners and the IT department, in the development and maintenance processes.

You will be a part of the ERP Team at Kappahl IT where we focus on strategic and tactical planning of the ERP platform. You will guide and support colleagues across the organization with process improvements including stakeholders.

Your profile

We are seeking you who have an academic degree within a relevant field (example IT, engineering or finance). You have experience of ERP-systems and it is a merit if you have experience in Dynamics 365 F&O. You have experiences of being a product owner/project lead and enjoy leading and facilitating meetings.

We see that you are used to working structured and prioritizing a back log in a tool like Azure DevOps or Jira. You are used to understanding business needs, turning them in to requirements for the future development of the application.

You also communicate freely in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

As a person you are structured and have a heart for development and problem solving, react quickly on changed demands and are solution oriented. You like responsibility and are constantly looking for new areas for improvement. Being open to new impulses and enjoy driving changes in your team, you will be a key player so it is also important that you can cooperate well with others. You are interested in and understand the technology but have your focus on the development process that creates value to the business.

The position is permanent position, placed at our head office in Mölndal. Kappahl wants to be A Place To Belong therefore we work with a hybrid working environment, where the majority of the working time will be in the office. This means you can work remotely when it is more suitable for your work/life schedule.
