As a key member of the Commercial Team, the Manager of Commercial Excellence is to oversee and drive the commercial excellence and product development across all commercial segments.
As a Commercial Excellence Manager you will, among other tasks, lead the internal initiative delivering process, changes and improvements, organization growth and changes. You will also be overseeing the objectives and implementation of commercial activities in line with the company strategy.
- Lead the team´s activities according to the strategy for ALD Sweden
- Foresee and understand requirements of local customers
- Support KAM and New sales to deliver expertise to clients and prospects
- Drive process improvements of systems and satellite systems
- Develop solutions for the team and ALD to facilitate meeting the objectives in Business Plan
- KPI tracking and analysis
- Academic or similar educational background
- At least 5 years of experience
- Proven managerial and communication skills, structured and disciplined way of working
- Service mindset and great leadership skills
- Creative in balancing strategic ambitions of the company with its tactical ambitions.
- Knowledge of the market and customer needs in order to analyze and implement the best possible solution
- Strong communication skills both internally and externally
- Collaborative, solution oriented and to have an “all-company” perspective in every decision is crucial
- A clear understanding of the importance of relationship management
