The Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) function is driving the deployment of advanced financial crime prevention capabilities to continuously meet regulatory expectations and to be in the forefront in fighting financial crime.
Do you want to be part to fight fraud and make a difference? We are now looking for an agile product owner who can take part in driving the fraud prevention and detection agenda in SEB in the Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) Tribe.
What you will be doing
What we are looking for is a person with a thorough understanding of and genuine interest in the role as an agile product owner in the fraud prevention area. Being an agile product owner in the FCP Tribe, means that will be responsible for the team backlog, vision, and purpose in your area, and together with the scrum master ensure that the agile team works towards agreed objectives.

As an Agile Product Owner, you will:
  • be responsible for maximising the value outcome of the team, by optimising backlog content within team capacity and financial frames.
  • have a close communication with business owners and other relevant stakeholders.
  • contribute with your business knowledge to build fraud prevention capabilities that will improve our fraud prevention processes end-to-end.
  • participate in Tribe PO syncs and together with the other product owners and the scrum masters explore and continuously improve our way of working in the tribe.
Who we are looking for
To succeed in the role, you have strong personal drive, self-motivation, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and ability to easily build relationships with different stakeholders.
You also have:
  • Experience from the agile way of working (e.g. SAFe), preferably from similar positions.
  • Experience and/or high interest of the fraud prevention area and relevant related technologies.
  • Skills in coordinating and structuring work, as well as combining and weighing input from different stakeholders with the related prioritisations that need to be made, based on the team capacity.
  • A strong belief in building a strong learning culture in the team. Good coaching skills are preferred. As we operate in a constantly changing environment, flexibility, and ability to adapt to new situations will be key.
  • Have an academic degree within a relevant field of study.
  • Fluent English, and preferably also Swedish, and have very good communication skills (both written and spoken).
Finally, you are a true team player that actively contributes with positive energy and strive to have fun at work.
