Are you passionate about new technology and making a difference, Do you want to positively impact many of SEBs customer deliveries then this is something for you. We search for agile product owner to drive and support Business Services transformation towards a new common internal channel (=Nexus).
Business Services add value and improve the customer experience by providing frictionless and efficient services to all SEB
customers. We are involved in almost all main customer delivery areas such as financing, customer lifecycle, trading, securities, assets and transaction banking.
About the role
As a Agile Product Owner for BS goes Nexus, you’ll be part of an inclusive team of professional and engaged colleagues. You will be a product owner that will set up a small agile team and secure that you have the right competence to deliver on set vision. You will be responsible to secure that other tribes and teams deliver what we need and drive new development for capabilities that is not available yet but needed.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
- Lead the development and execution of Business Services goes Nexus vision
- Collaborate with our stakeholders in cross-functional teams in translating their ideas and requirements into technical specifications
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize initiatives based on overall value and feasibility.
- You have a proven track record of high-quality delivery, with speed and accuracy.
- You are creative, solutions oriented, and a good communicator and listener that takes different perspectives into consideration.
- You have documented experience from working with digital development in an agile context and can turn data into clear business requirements.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English and have good presentation skills.
