In this role, you’ll

Oversee A-Z sales process. To establish solid relationships with prospects, you’ll create a robust pipeline and work systematically with a professional attitude.

Introduce clients to customer success initiatives, direct the overall deployment and implementation process, and own post-implementation activities such as business reviews, value realization meetings, knowledge transfer seminars, etc.

Help clients successfully launch the Blackbird solution by sharing best practices and communication materials and monitoring the progress of the Blackbird launch.

Keep records of crucial customer information, events, and meetings to create transparency between customer-facing stakeholders in systems such as Sales loft and HubSpot.
What you’ll need to succeed

2+ years of Account Executive (or similar customer-facing roles) ideally at an IIoT or subscription-based SaaS company with a proven history of success.

Perfect command of Swedish.

Experience working, collaborating, and influencing key stakeholders.

Ability to prioritize short- and long-term tasks based on urgency, importance, and impact.

Excellent relationship-building skills: The ability to understand different external/internal stakeholders and identify their perspectives and needs; the ability to build professional relationships with people and manage their expectations

A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
English skills are required as several different nationalities are in the office, and you’ll be working with international colleagues

We want to ensure the best preconditions and leadership approach for you to start your journey with Blackbird, and for this, we are looking to know you better. We ask our candidates to perform Personality and Logical analyses. We will also have a conversation about your results.
