We seek a dedicated and driven supervisor to join our dynamic team and drive the growth and success of our demolition business in Sweden. The role involves collaborating with operational staff and subcontractors to guarantee operational efficiency and reliability. Additionally, the supervisor will engage in project planning, stay informed on technological advancements in the field, and oversee project documentation.

About the role

As a Demolition Specialist in Sweden, you will be at the forefront of executing complex dismantling projects. Your role involves detailed analysis, testing, and evaluation to address technical challenges in demolition work, ensuring each project is carried out with the utmost precision and expertise. The role will preferably hold some certificates and permits, therefore be the one responsible for these on the work site. It will also follow the projects, so you will travel across Sweden and stay there during the weeks.

About you

You are a seasoned professional with several years of experience in the demolition field. Your technical competence is complemented by a basic understanding of methods and tools. Certifications like BAS-U or BAS-P, a hot work permit, and an asbestos removal license will be considered a significant advantage.

Willing to travel and work around Sweden is a must, if your home is far from the demolition site you will stay there during the weeks. As a person, you are a dynamic professional. You’re a goal-oriented self-starter, adaptable and excel in teamwork. You are driven, flexible and have good cooperation skills. How you are as a person will be a crucial factor in this role.
