About the role:

As Team manager for the Credit process team within Technology, department LC&FI Financing & Processes, you will be responsible for more than twenty brilliant developers distributed between Stockholm and Vilnius. The Credit team is built up of 5 smaller teams all working with development and support of our Global credit process, all systems you will be managing are built in-house. We are on an exciting journey moving from monolith to microservice architecture, preparing for going cloud and flirting with AI. We try to stay at the forefront of the latest within technological development. We also have a very close collaboration with our stakeholders, sitting together with Business Analysts in Arenastaden. Our end users are our colleagues within the bank – client analysts – we therefore have an amazing opportunity for fast feedback loops on our development.

• Leadership skills – You’ve got a proven track record as a Team Manager, ready to inspire and lead by example.
• Interpersonal Skills – The ability to build relationships and inspire your team is key
• Effective Communication – Whether it’s conveying ideas or aligning with stakeholders, clear communication is crucial.
• Agile Knowledge – Familiarity with Lean/Agile Ways of Working will be beneficial.
• Technical interest – Meriting, a curiosity for technology will serve you well in this role.
