More and more businesses are starting to understand the benefits of recurring revenue with a subscription-based business model, leading to predictable revenue, scalability, and improved customer relationships. However, as a subscription business grows, its readiness to scale is often low. Younium was founded because of the demand in the market for a robust cloud app for B2B companies to handle advanced B2B subscriptions and, in turn, manage financial operations and reporting.

What you will do:

  • Offer advanced technical support to resolve escalated customer issues
    effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with first-line support teams to investigate and
    troubleshoot complex problems.
  • Thoroughly document solutions and best practices for future reference.
  • Actively participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives within the support
    team.

Who are you?

You are a skilled and experienced support professional ready for your next
challenge. We’re on the lookout for a talented individual to join our Customer
Specialist team. We want to hear from you if you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting complex issues.

Must have:

  • Proven experience in second-line technical support.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice to have:

  • Foundational knowledge of development technologies.
  • Familiarity with coding principles.

We are a team of 65 people working from Stockholm, Malmö, Amsterdam, Philadelphia, and remotely. We are proud that we have a strong community and good team spirit, are agile, and are changing rapidly in a growth-oriented environment. starting date for this position will preferably be ASAP.

Please note that we do not offer any relocation package, nor will we recruit outside the EU for this position. This role will be based in Malmö, Stockholm, or Krakow with a hybrid remote setup.
