Our diverse portfolio, including Google Workspace and its associated ecosystem, empowers our users to collaborate seamlessly. As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a Technical Lead, Productivity Tools to champion the adoption of our portfolio and support our key user community.

The position is opened for Finland, Poland, Bulgaria and Sweden.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Drive Google Workspace adoption including the following tasks: optimize license costs among productivity tools, lead end user training and education, lead Google guide community,transform satellite application portfolio to optimize for cloud tool adoption and Google Workspace compatibility.
  • Lead Google transformation initiatives and promote opportunities provided by the Google environment as a whole
  • Drive the coordination of new business requirements and provide strategic support to business stakeholders
  • Reduce dependencies to other platforms and tool sets
  • Manage our Google partners
  • Create and maintain the roadmap for Google based services
  • Develop needed standards and policies to support the landscape.
  • What you’ll need to succeed

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Google Workspace platform management and deployment
  • Experience in application adoption initiatives.
  • Competencies

  • Expert knowledge of Google Workspace and related elements such as BigQuery, AppScript, AppSheet, LookerStudio etc .
  • Experience with collaboration tools and services
  • Ability to clearly communicate with business as well as IT personnel
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
  • Ability to manage external suppliers
  • Good ability in networking and forming relationships with internal and external stakeholders / Ability to work with and independently engage in projects with international teams and in virtual environment.
