System Developer, Pharmetheus

Pharmetheus offers consulting services to support drug research, development, and life-cycle decisions. With our expertise in model-informed drug development, pharmacometrics, and PBPK-QSP, we support clients from strategy to design and analyses.

In this position, you will be a part of Pharmetheus software development team and work with software development, and technical development. One responsibility includes planning, performing, and maintaining our in-house software and tools, which involves:

    Implementing software, tools, and scripts for Pharmetheus and/or clients, specifically using React Typescript, UX focus
    Maintaining software, tools, and scripts
    Writing and maintaining software documentation and contribute to testing and validation of software.
    Planning, system design, and project management for software development

Another key responsibility is contributing to the continuous improvement of Pharmetheus’ way of working, which includes:

    Reporting progress and identifying risks and opportunities
    Sharing knowledge with colleagues and seeking advice
    Providing constructive feedback and being receptive to feedback

Placement: Uppsala, Sweden

Employment: Full-time, employment with Pharmetheus

Starting date: As soon as possible, or upon agreement.

Qualifications:

Our qualification requirements are, at the lowest level:

    Bachelor’s degree (B. Sc) in Computer Science, or similar Software Development focused degree in statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
    Minimum of four years of experience with software development.
    Several years of working professionally with software development in the pharmaceutical industry or similar regulatory environment
    UX and front-end experience in a least one modern framework.

Skills:

    Fluent in English, both spoken and written
    Read to use coding skills as a Front-End Developer
    Ability to contribute to software development all the way from “design to production”
    Excellent reading, writing, and language skills
    Good knowledge and understanding of Office applications
    Ready to use skills in React.
