As a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our international clients. Your daily duties will involve handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources and managing complaints. Though this is a remote position based in Stockholm, you have the opportunity to relocate to Crete, Greece, fully paid by us!
