The position
As Sustainability Analyst you will play a key role in the development of our products in regard to sustainability. You will be responsible for conducting analysis on a variety of topics related to sustainability including greenhouse gas emissions and recyclability. You are our expert in the sustainability field, who develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, as well as provide support on sustainability-related projects and initiatives.
- Analyze our products sustainability impact, for example Life Cycle Analysis
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of their expectations and needs
- Serve as a resource on sustainability issues for employees, customers, and other stakeholders
- Support the sales organization with relevant information connected to sustainability and recyclability and take part in customer meetings
- Stay up to date on new package regulations and industry developments within the environmental field
The role is located in Lund. You will report to Development Manager and work closely with the Material Development team and the Sales team.
The position is a temporary employment during a parental leave for 8-10 months.
The job will require some travels but not on a regular basis.
Personal skills
Since we believe that it is important to enjoy and have fun at work your personal skills are important to us. We believe that you are an analytical person with high technological understanding with excellent communication skills. To succeed in the role you are independent but enjoy working in a dynamic team.
Your background
You have a degree within engineering or other relevant higher education, preferably within sustainability. Alternatively, you have relevant work experience within the area of sustainability. It is highly meritorious if you have worked with LCA, Simapro or with packaging materials. You are fluent in English in speech as well as in writing.
