About Our Client:
Our client specializes in white-label solutions for gateways and wallets, focusing on Asia processing in countries like India, Singapore, the Philippines, and Bangladesh. They operate in high-risk industries such as Gambling and Forex, providing secure and efficient payment solutions. For the past 6 years, they have maintained stability and growth, with a dedicated team of 16-17 professionals, primarily based in Latvia. They focus on solving problems rather than pointing out mistakes, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment. As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their clients receive exceptional service and support.

Position: Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Management: Review and manage 300-500 tickets per day, performing manual checks on transaction statuses.
  • Client Notifications: Send notifications to clients regarding their transactions and account statuses.
  • Working Hours: Primarily 9 AM – 6 PM, with the flexibility to handle urgent cases outside of these hours.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the founder and other team members to ensure high-quality service.
  • Customer Service: Be passionate about providing excellent service and support to clients.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in the fintech industry preferred.
  • Skills: Quick learner, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a high volume of tickets.
  • Languages: Proficient in English and Russian.
  • Personality: Passionate about customer service, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Remote work, with the possibility of hiring someone in Latvia to assist Mark.
