We are on a significant transformation journey and looking to expand our Strategy & Transformation team.

THE POSITION
Your job will be to support ITAB from strategy-through-execution. The job role implies a challenging and diverse set of work tasks including:

• Strategy formulation
• Market and competition studies
• Operating Model / Organizational development
• Cost structure improvements
• Partner/M&A target screening and due diligence
• Project Management for corporate improvement projects
• Presentations for ITAB Top Management and Board of Directors

The role reports to the Vice President of Strategy & Transformation, and is located either centrally in our Stockholm Office in Sweden or north of London in Hemel Hempstead, UK.

Hybrid work from home and office is possible. Travelling to our headquarters in Jönköping, Sweden and within Europe may be required occasionally.

YOUR PROFILE
The ideal candidate has:

• Strong analytical skills
• 4-8 years of experience from a well-known management consultancy and/or the strategy function of a large corporate
• Industry experience from Retail and/or B2B manufacturing
• Proficiency in English
• Educational background as Master of Business Administration or Engineering
