We are looking for an experienced field sales to develop new business for Cesur Scandinavia to help grow our influence in the Sweden and neighboring countries market. For this role, experience selling FIBCs is desirable or at least some experience within the packaging industry as are strong communication skills and a customer service attitude. As a sales manager, you should also be results-driven and ready to help meet our business goals. Ultimately, you should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts.


• Achieve own sales targets with recognition of the impact on overall company performance

• Identify potential customers and set approach strategies

• Develop strong and long-term client relationships

• Liaise with sales support executive and production to ensure customers’ needs are met

• Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively

• Negotiate contracts/prices and close agreements

• Get feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement

• Follow all internal business processes

• Following up business leads and identifying new sales opportunities

• Setting up client meetings for new and existing clients

• Promoting the organization’s additional products and services

• Managing ongoing business accounts whilst building on the current relationships

• Monitoring sales data and account performance

• Produce regular reports showing progress

• Any other duties that may be required to meet the business needs


• Proven experience as in a field sales role ideally in the FIBC or packaging industry

• Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

• An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to speak and write Swedish and English (Mandatory)

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

• Must have a driving license and be willing to travel within the country/near countries and on occasion stay away from home

• Located in Sweden (any location in Sweden is accepted)

• Travel to Turkey on a periodic basis for intense product training and inter company relationship building
