Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Developer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and model training. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess solid senior-level knowledge in fullstack development. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our AI capabilities and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning techniques.
• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of AI solutions, including model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into fullstack applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and fullstack development technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized AI solutions that drive business value.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs, web services, and user interfaces to support AI applications.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI development, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and model training. Solid experience in fullstack development is essential.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express).
• Expertise in building and deploying RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative AI solutions.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring and leading technical teams.
